23rd Annual Texas Toot

The information below is for the 23rd Annual Texas Toot, November 20-22, 1998. Pricing and other details will be similar for the future Toots.

Housing rates, total for 2 nights:

While single rooms are available, everyone is encouraged to share rooms. If you don't have a roommate but would be willing to share, indicate double occupancy on your registration form, and a roommate will be assigned.
  Individual Two or more per room
Family Life Center - 16 first class rooms $60 $38 each
Central Building - eight motel-style rooms, each containing two double beds and a rollaway. $60 $38 each
Fair Village Cabins - located on the opposite side of a small lake, each contains two bedrooms, a living room, and a bath. n/a $38 each
Pat Thompson Cabins - four large (5-6 person) rooms each, with a bath in each room. $25 $22 each
Family Rate: same as Two-or-more rate.

Note:   Persons staying in the Pat Thompson Cabins must bring their own sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets. (These items are provided in all other accommodations.)

Central Building and Family Life Center rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit of $50 is required with each registration form to secure your room. Send in reservations by October 31.

Meals

Six meals, beginning with Friday supper (5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.) cost $26.
Meals for children age 10 and under are $13.

Other Costs

Lakeview adds $7 per person for medical insurance while onsite and traveling ($2 per child).

Tuition

Tuition is $75 per person.

Total Costs

Your total cost will range from $130 to $168, depending on your housing choice.

Other Details

Absolutely no pets are allowed on the grounds of Lakeview Conference Center. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Your cooperation in these areas is earnestly solicited.
