Housing is not available at the university but D/FW area participants have volunteered to open their homes to those from outside of the area. Please note on your application if you need accommodations.

Fee for the retreat is $50; scholarships are available for students. Saturday lunch is on your own: meals are available in the student center or at nearby restaurants.

A limit of ten participants per vocal part has been set. You are encouraged to return your reservation along with the $50 participation fee as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations will be made until January 29.


Please register by January 29. You may register online, but we must receive your deposit check by postal mail to complete your registration.
